Each month Scandals welcomes to the walls the artwork of local artists. For the month of December, we welcome back the incredibly detailed work of Chuck E. Bloom! Come in for our first Thursday opening, enjoy Happy Hour from 4pm-8pm, and meet and greet with the artist himself!
