The first Thursday of May rings in 10 years of "little art | BIG CAUSE!" This is our annual community art show, where artists from near and far, create artwork to display and sell to help raise money for charitable causes. This year, our beneficiaries for this event and for Pride 2018 are CAP (Cascade AIDS Project) and Peacock Productions Inc! 

Please come down and help us celebrate as we reveal this year's wall of work! The show "Cash & Carry," so if you like a piece, or two, or more, you can pay for it and take it home that night! Each piece goes for $40, and the more pieces we sell, the more we all get to help raise money for these amazing local non-profits! 

This is also the opening night for our new Featured Artist, Brandon Waddell! His work will be displayed on the East wall for this month and across the entire bar in the month of June, so make sure to check out his work while you're here!

For the month of March Scandals welcomes to the walls, for his debut solo art show, the work of our very own nerdy designer, Steven Barker! Join us for a night of “Gayming” with live music by local string trio, Trilemma, playing familiar songs from classic video games, collect as much swag as you can, jam out on some games from the various systems that will be plugged in and ready to play, and check out the “Gaymer Gallery” adoring our bar!

There will be a raffle for some amazing prizes including a brand new SNES Classic Mini with a portion of proceeds going to Smyrc, and prints of select paintings for sale as well as the paintings themselves! And Not Your Father’s will be here also serving up their new Mountain Ale, so be sure to check out this tasty adult Gaymer Juice while you’re here! For the second month of artwork at Scandals by Mike Trapp, he is welcoming to the bar, the musical stylings of Boy & Bean presented by our Sunday Afternoon Jazz host, Laurent Nickel. Along with the addition of some new pieces, Mike will be not only bringing in a giant painting of the Weird Warrior but also the Weird Warrior himself, the man, the legend, the Unipiper! Come in for the live music, and meet and greet with the Unipiper and the artist, Mike Trapp. Posters of the Weird Warrior painting will be for sale, so don't miss the chance to get it signed by both the artist and the Unipiper. Not only is Mike brining in bundles of his work to adorn our walls for the months of January and February, he is also inviting the musical stylings of local singer/songwriter Adlai Alexander for his first month's show, Future Decadence.
